We’ve compiled a selection of our most commonly asked questions relating to our products and service, simply select one of the questions below and the answer will be displayed to you. image[0]  How do I cancel / amend an order?

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact our Customer Service department as soon as you can as orders move rapidly through to our warehouse. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the procedures for returns. Unfortunately goods that have been dispatched cannot be changed or redirected to an alternative address.

image[1]  Will I have to pay customs charges in my country?

If your delivery address is outside of the UK or EEC, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.†

image[2]  How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders placed for in-stock items before 3pm will be sent out the same day. In-stock items ordered after 3pm will be sent the next working day. If the part you have ordered is not in stock you will be informed of this and given an expected lead time.

image[3]  As a business, can I open a Trade Account?

Yes you can. To open a trade account please contact us via the enquiry form including your company information and contact details and we will be in-touch as soon as possible.

If you know the manufactures part number then try using our search above and to the right, if you still can’t find the diesel part you’re looking then give us a call on 01233 642 816 or contact us online and we’ll do everything we can to assist you.

We are open Monday – Friday 08001700, except for bank holidays.

image[7]  If a part is not in stock, how long will I have to wait for delivery?

Most parts listed are available within 7 days. However, a few parts can take up to 28 days to obtain, or longer. We will always advise you if we are out of stock, or if the item is a non-stock Special Order part.

image[8]  Are your parts genuine?

Yes! All of our parts are genuine OE parts, we only use new, genuine parts in our repair and servicing work and so we’ll only sell genuine parts on our site. Take a look at our Quality page for more information.

image[9]  My Country isnít in your list of International delivery locations, help!

We’re sorry about that, to keep our delivery prices low there are some Countries we don’t have available on the site. Don’t panic, give us a call on 01233 642 816 or contact us online and we should be able to provide you with a custom delivery quote to your Country.
